  Marcus and Chris were a complete joy to have on this job - incredibly courteous, efficient and tidy. Was quite a mucky job but they left the place immaculate which was well received given I’m 40 weeks pregnant! Thank you lads - look forward to calling you in for future work!

• Vaillant Conventional Boiler.

  Chris and Tony did a FAB job removing an old Mexico freestanding boiler that had an air/cub built round it so they had to take apart bit by bit. Install Vaillant conventional boiler and 2 port valves for heating and hot water and heating pump. Chris was the only person who listen about having wired thermostat with number dial for my mum 80+ to use and the same programmer as me 9400C. Started 8.30am Friday, both returned Sat 8.30am finished 10am. Did take mum out for the day, had no worries at all, leaving them to it. TRUE FACT: NO VAT. THAT SAVED ALMOST £750 Chris was over £2K cheaper. WILL USE AGAIN

• HEATING NOT WORKING.

  Found Chris, On Vaillant website approved installer, Master Tech. From 1st call back Chris, I have found him so easy to deal with from first visit to my mums 81, To quote for new boiler. Last week I was round. Boiler was doing nothing. Texted Chris he visited pm tested Gas Flow at meter, ZERO. He rang the gas network people straight away. They've repaired gas pipe. He's visited mum 3 times now to set the Honeywell wireless unit. 27/2.PM Chris, I was present, she asked temp 21. Then 17.30 she rings me going it's not come on. Chris goes back eve. She had 2kw elec rad on. New boiler ordered.

Marcus was friendly and had a wealth of experience, he always left the working area tidy and the job was completed on time.   Chris and Tony were very thoughtful and communicated very well throughout the design and works. Their work was high quality, they were tidy and their prices were very reasonable. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to sort an unrelated plumping issue while they were with us. I would highly recommend them!
