10Simon who came around to discuss what type of water softener I wanted was really nice, informative and easy going. He was incredibly knowledgeable and managed to suit me to the product I needed by listening to what was important to me. Thank you Simon. John came and did the installation and he was exceptional. He was very tidy, very neat, methodical and very, very quiet. Other than welding from time to time, I would not have known he was there. I cannot recommend them highly enough and am not surprised they have contacts with some very well know and nationwide customers as well as famous

10Verified ReviewThey came out initially to check our old water softener, which wasn’t working properly. They recommended that it could not be repaired, so we would need a new one. They didn’t charge anything for this visit., and didn’t hassle us to get a new one. A couple of months later we contacted them again, and they came out with brochures and advice. We decided to go ahead with a replacement one. They didn’t push us to buy new; they were happy to supply a reconditioned one. This came with a three-year guarantee.

Established in 1988 Soft Options Water Softeners Ltd is a small family run business based in Marlborough, Wiltshire which has been trading successfully for 25 years. We cover Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset and specialise in the supply and installation of domestic and commercial water softeners, drinking water filters and reverse osmosis purifiers. We also offer free salt delivery and undertake repairs and maintenance on most leading brands of water softeners.
We are a fully independent company that offers a comprehensive range of water softening and filtration products and offer a free no obligation on site survey to determine what equipment would best suit your needs, the best location to install it and a competitive quotation to consider.
