    Notified me soon after I logged the request that they would respond, got a call the next morning. They were clear on the process and requested info which I supplied, estimated the cost and booked a date. Stayed in touch up to the appointment, spent the time to do the job right. Worked thoroughly, safely and protected everything along the way and cleaned up when done. Answered questions, clarified any confusion I had.

    Excellent professional service. Our existing water softener, supplied by them, was over 20 years old. We had low water pressure in the house and Mark recommended replacement. This only partially cured the problem but he then returned, identified another possible issue, and now everything is working properly. Thank you Mark .

    Helpful and knowledgeable at first contact, advised us of our options, without any sales pressure, as water softener technology has moved on considerably since the original equipment was fitted in 2000. Work was carried out promptly and professionally as arranged, and working perfectly. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Solent Water Treatment, although I hope we don't need to use them again for a replacement for many years!
