    The crew from Stay Warm were fantastic to deal with. While their quote was higher than some alternatives, it was also the most thorough and clearly covered more work than some of the others I received. They arrived in a timely manner each day and worked a full day unless weather prevented it. Even with losing 1 full day to poor weather they were able to complete the job in less time than they'd originally estimated.

    While their quote was a bit higher than some other options Stay Warm's quote also seemed to be the most complete and detailed so I was clear what work was going to be carried out and that it was going to fully cover the job. I was amazed by the size of the crew that arrived on the first day to setup and I immediately understood where my money was going. On subsequent days it wasn't quite as large of a crew but it was always at least 3-4 workers who arrived on time each day and worked a full day easily, only stopping early when weather prevented any further work.

    We have a 2 story brick building, converted to 2 flats with a room-in-roof. The flats have been damp and cold. Stay Warm Insulation applied EPS insulation to the exterior walls, covered by silicone render. (Extended the roofline, installed new gutters and adjusted the soil pipes. The change inside was immediately apparent- warm and dry with an environment that is incredibly more comfortable than before. The difference is really astounding. Joe and his team were communicative and cooperative during the process, explaining and keeping us informed. Very highly recommended!

What is Spray Foam

Spray foam insulation is a liquid foam which is sprayed into position and sets into an insulating layer. It can be used to insulate your roof, loft, walls, floors and more.

Air moves in and out of a home through every hole, crack, and crevice. 

Spray foam seals your building envelope to stop conditioned indoor air from escaping and prevent unconditioned air from entering a home.


Spray foam insulation is a better insulator than the conventional insulation types such as mineral wool, celotex loft insulation. 

According to National Insulation Association, 100mm of spray foam is equivalent to around 170mm thick of conventional insulation.
