    Steve attended our property to survey and prepare drawings and complete a planning application for a garage. He was on time, polite and very hepful with his knowledge of what would or would not be allowed. The drawings and application was submitted quickly only taking a days work. The planning application has been granted with no queries or extra work. The councils planning permission was obtained by eight weeks which id due to the excellent work steve submitted.

Steve Bull Architectural Design Consultants we are a small family run Architectural Practice specializing in residential property design and alteration, based in the heart of Sussex producing Architectural Drawings / Plans for home extensions, single storey side extension, two storey side extension, garages, loft conversions, conservatories, new build, conversions and refurbishments, we will undertake Planning Permission, Lawful Development Certificates and Building Regulations on your behalf.

We are very competitive with our pricing as we price on a time basis and generally never beaten on our price.

From our initial meeting we will undertake a measured survey of the property, prepare the Architectural drawings / plans required for us to submit an application for lawful development or planning and then produce Architectural drawings / plans needed for approval under Building Control.

We offer a quality Architectural package tailored to the client’s needs at a realistic price.
