    Stiff Nipples were recommended by a neighbour and quoted £1K less for 2 aircon units in my mobile home than another local company. They came when they said they would, did the installation efficiently, tested the equipment, showed me how to use the controls and cleaned up. Job done!

    After I contacted them they responded very quickly, and within a couple of days Charlie arrived to have a look at the job. It was always going to be a bit tricky because there was not a lot of space available for what I wanted, and I needed it quickly, but I was assured it was doable and was given a very competative price for the job. Within a week Harry arived to do the install. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy, he had everything done withinin the day. Apart from the inevitable bit of dust from drilling through the wall, there was no mess or damage, and he cleaned up well after he finished.

    Charlie and Harry are the 3rd, and last AirCon company I'll use. I have 10 split AirCon units on my site; 6 installed by Harry, and another 2 that needed re-locating, plus fault-finding and correcting mistakes the previous installers had made. They are EXCELLENT value for money, genuinely decent people and a pleasure to work with. And now they have a customer for life as I'll see them annually for the AirCon servicing (at a VERY reasonable price too).

    Our previous air con company had let us down, so I got these guys in. Harry serviced all 5 of our units, fixing issues I didn’t even know about that the previous installers had bodged. Nothing was too much trouble. Helps that Harry is a really lovely guy who clearly cares about his customers and their happiness. Absolutely brilliant.
