Remove old and refit new hot water tank

After a brief but if confusion between arrival times and dates (not the fault of Strathclyde Heating and Utilities), Andy made contact with me directly and it was plane sailing from the on. I needed a new water tank as a result of a split in my old tank, plus repair of water damage to the site of the tank. Andy was impressive in his professionalism, his dedication to making sure the job was done to a high standard and kept me up to date at all times. A real gem of a man who very much cares for his customers. Incredibly impressed.

Contact with the office was simple and efficient and they kept me informed at every stage of the diagnosis and subsequent repair in respect of costs, availability and timescale. Felt supported at each stage. The engineer who attended, Fraser, both at the diagnostic stage and subsequent repair and service, was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. Very clean and efficient manner or working and took time to explain and show me the faulty parts and how the system worked. Fraser is a credit to the company.

10Verified ReviewAndy had one of the guys out two days after I phoned. Thoroughly inspected the boiler and radiators after there had been no heat coming out. Found an issue with the diverter valve, ordered parts same day and arranged to come back the next morning. Immediately had heat back in the radiators and valve working. Couldn’t have done a better job, will definitely be my go to in Glasgow.
