    Terry was the first (and only) decorator to make contact with us and we are so pleased that he did. The first relief was that he was on time and reliable- no issues there at all. He quoted and took time to assess the work needed. When it came to the decorating, the quality of work is exceptionally high and he obviously takes pride in his craft. We are so happy with our newly-painted lounge that we’ve already asked Terry to quote us for the rest of the house. My advice - book him!

    Phenomenal. Terry has turned my house renovation into a fun, enjoyable and stress-free experience. We had an entire house to paint, from a large and tricky hallway-landing, to a small laundry cove. His professionalism, friendly and precise approach has been wonderful, and he even took on additional small odd-jobs to really give us value for money! I will be using Terry's services for my decorating needs from here on, and strongly recommend anyone looking for a painting job to do the same.

I'm Terry and I run Sussex Decorators, I have been in the Painting and Decorating Industry for over 20 years and have run my business for over 18 years throughout Sussex.

We are specialists in all aspects of Interior/Exterior Painting & Decorating.

We enjoy painting for the client and always happy to help with suggestions for design, paint colours and finishes if required. We believe in bringing together top-quality traditional skills and blending them with the best tools and materials to create unique artisan finishes which will not only be beautiful but also stand the test of time.


We are Sussex premier dust free Painters and Decorators and believe that the right preparation is absolute key.

We always respect and never forget your house is your home, when working for clients we always respect the client’s space and take care to work around their schedule.

Nothing gives us great pleasure on job completion than to stand back and see an old room revived and a happy client.

We work throughout the whole of Sussex and are fully insured and offer free advice. All our quotations are honest and very competitive.
