  Swift Heating installed my new boiler in 2022 and I have had it serviced each year with them; I am a service plan customer so I spread the cost over the year. Dannon, their female engineer, has done both services and always arrives on time and is very friendly. I get a text reminder when the service is almost due and the office are always a pleasure to deal with. Swift Heating always provide a through service from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone

  We have used Swift Heating before for our boiler and were extremely impressed with the high quality of their work and communication from start to finish. We were pleased to hear that they had an electrician and got in touch. The quality of work from the electrician was up to the high standards previously set by the heating team, and the communication was once again brilliant throughout. Highly recommended.

• Boiler replacement

  A faulty boiler require replacement so there is no hot water in the house. I had a professional who looked at the work, I paid a deposit and was promised to have an engineer in 3 days. I did not receive any notifications and when I called, I was told that it is unavsilable, and closest appointments will be after 2 weeks, but they still haven’t book any yet. After 2 days, I call again, to ask for appointment, But now the soonest appointment will be in 4 weeks time?! Did my apointment lost it’s urgency??
