  • New lead flashing

    I had TM Roofing renew the lead flashing around my chimney after a previous so called roofer did the job just over a year earlier and managed to make it even worse than ever with water dripping through two bedroom ceilings. The new work from TM Roofing is superb and is what I wanted originally. The workers were very polite and nothing was too much for them. The communication from the office was excellent and I highly recommend this company.

    The work was carried out in between bouts of bad weather which had also delayed the start. Full advantage was taken of the fine intervals and the work was completed as per the cost estimate. We were happy with the roofing team who kept us informed of progress and fixed unexpected problems around the chimney breast.

    The company was easy to contact and they came to look at the chimney and roof and got a quote to us very quickly. The lead back gutter to the chimney needed replacing and we wanted a clay cowl to cap the chimney. Masonry protection cream was also applied to the chimney. There was a delay starting the job because of poor weather but we were contacted to warn us that this would happen. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
