• Roof leak in daughter's bedroom

  We first called Tommy out last year as the corner of my daughter's bedroom ceiling was wet. He came and said the issue were cracks in the chimney and came within days to fix it. Unfortunately during winter, the ceiling was still wet and spreading! We called Tommy out again and this time he said the issue was a valley not being in place between neighbours roof tiles. We are hopeful the situation is now resolved with the works done on first weekend of Jan 2024 but of course, time will tell once we experience heavy rainfall.

  Thomas was polite, informative and very approachable from the start! Despite receiving a few lower quotations for my roof repair, I chose to go with Thomas because he communicated with me very professionally and was very clear with his approach and the work which was required to be carried out. He also kindly offered me a 2 year guarantee for the works and assured me he would come out at no extra cost if anything goes wrong providing me with that additional peace of mind. I would highly recommend Tom's roofing services to all future customers!

• Roof valley repair

  Tom came on a Wednesday morning to inspect the leak in our roof and emailed us the estimate for our valley repair later that afternoon. He managed to fit us in the following Saturday morning for the repair. Tom and his assistant did an excellent job of the valley repair. We had a few days of heavy rain since and have had no more leaks. We would recommend T&B Roofing.

  Thoroughly recommend. Efficient, professional, punctual - even called when running late to inform of new arrival time. Took pics of areas needing work and got on with the job. Tom's quote was exactly what he said it would be. There was no mess left behind and Tom and his colleague managed to source 3 tiles for me, driving to 2 different yards to source my roof tile. Will definitely call Tom for my roof maintenance in 18 months or so. Very helpful and came out at short notice when my leaking roof had blown my electrics.
