    We use Tarbet Tree Care for all our tree work. It has ranged from removing large trees, reducing trees, deadwooding, complicated works near buildings and highways. We wouldn't use anyone else. Advise is always given to limit the stresses to the trees and all efforts are always made to avoid removing. Will, Ross and other workers are fantastic. Highly recommend.

  • Felling a large oak tree

    I was nervous about having a large oak tree felled which stood very close to the house. The guys from Tarbet Tree Care however soon put my fears to rest. They were extremely professional in all their actions, and having cleared all the branches out of the way, came to fell the main trunk, estimated at 4-5 tons. They laid a path for it to fall, and were 100% accurate in their estimate. The sawmill turned up to collect the trunk, while the team neatly stacked all the branch sections ready for splitting for logs. Then got the blower out to tidy up the garden. Great job, highly recommended!!

In September 2010, having worked in the Horticulture industry for several years, William Tarbet embarked on an Tree Surgery training course at the internationally renowned Merrist Wood Arboriculture College in Surrey.

On completion of the course William was lucky enough to join a skilled team of Arborists working in busy central London and learn the art of high quality tree pruning and complex dismantle jobs.

After perfecting his tree climbing and pruning skills William decided it was time to set up his own business and Tarbet Tree Care was born in January 2014
