    Andy was brilliant from start to finish. Chatty, jovial, but also very efficient, he did a superb job with our broken washing machine and a key factor was the fact that he was keen on saving me money rather than suggesting straight away that I needed new parts which I thought was excellent customer service. The actual work, level of service and tidiness were superb and I would not hesitate to use Andy and team again if there was another problem with our appliances. Use this company and you will not be disappointed.
