  Right from the day we walked into the shop, which we did because of a recommendation from friends, we were treated exceptionally well and weren't put under undue pressure to buy, but to take our time, ask questions and make sure we were comfortable with what we were ordering. They came and did an initial measure up before formally quoting and then once we accepted, they came and measured up again to make doubly sure they had the right measurements. Delivery and fitting was quicker than expected. From advising us on the Friday it was installed in around 3 hours on the Tuesday. Lovely job!

  We live in a conservation area and needed planning permission to replace our windows. The front sash windows had to be of a precise design, with astragal bars dividing the upper panes. Steve went to a lot of trouble to listen to what was needed and to make recommendations. At the back, with a large window area, the design wasn't straightforward but again Steve came up with an excellent proposal. We were very impressed with the long hours the team worked to get the job done. The end result is excellent and makes a big improvement in appearance, convenience and in heat and noise insulation.

  Supply and fitting of all windows (11), front door and 4m bi-folding door in 3 storey residential property was carried out by the Door and Window shop. The design and ordering was very easy and all items were promptly delivered and filled. It's been a pleasure to work with Steve and Naomi.

  I had 3 companies come in to quote on the works required. Tge two other companies quotes were not realistic for the complexity of the work required. Steve spent 2 hour at my prooerty point out all items that were needed (eg scaffolding) and details for the windows and doors to replicate the original work. The job was highly complex and the quote was very reasonable. Naomi handheld me through the entire process and the work has been amazing. They managed to incorporate the original outdoor features to the new bay windows. I would highly recommend them as they do a wonderful job.
