  James and the team were honestly exceptional. This is our third loft extension and our experience with The Loft Co was easily the best. Every request we made was answered with a cheerful "yes!" - nothing was too much trouble. (And extra work was clearly priced and agreed up front at very reasonable cost.) Timing, quality of work, disruption, noise, cleanliness, EVERYTHING was as good or better than I hoped. I am at a loss as to anything I could have asked them to do better. Note that The Loft Co includes architectural costs, and building regs in their pricing - it really is ALL IN!

  James was great throughout the entire process from initial quote to final sign off. Excellent communication, fair and reasonable, keeps to his word and generally just a pleasant person to deal with. Jay and Tom were punctual, polite, kept us informed and completed the work swiftly and efficiently with no delays. We're really happy with the end result and glad that we chose James and his team for these works.

  James and team converted our loft into two bedrooms each with an ensuite. From our first interaction the process was incredibly smooth. Simple straightforward quote. Work booked in as soon as planning granted and the guys who actually did the work were amazing. So quiet, polite and very tidy. Every question I had was replied with a "yes" and nothing was too much trouble and with no surprises at the end. I have converted 3 lofts now and James and team stood out by a country mile.

  We are over the moon with our new loft conversion by James and his team Tom and Jay. James guided us on how to make the best use of our loft space with several ideas. James took care of building plans, planning applications and paperwork taking the stress of all that away from us. They provided an excellent service from start to finish and communicated with us throughout. Tom kept us well informed at every stage of the build which was fantastic. They are a fantastic company!   Very impressed with the loft conversion undertaken by James and his team. We used the full design and build package, finding the whole process fairly relaxed and hassle free. All works were completed on budget, with payment made through a simple but affordable weekly payment plan – no large upfront costs or unexpected extra costs. All the tradespeople used were on time, tidy, polite, and considerate to neighbours. Tom and Jay were here for the majority of the build and were extremely hardworking, completing work to a high standard and on schedule. Highly recommended
