  Jamie and Charlie arrived bang on time specified, were extremely professional and courteous. On examination of flashing around the dormer window they found that the water damage was more extensive than expected, they showed photos and we agreed the revised price. On observing the extra materials required and the quality of work undertaken could not fault the price paid. They performed an excellent job, value for money, would use again, but hope do not need to

  Was contact by this company from my Check-a-trade advert. A very pleasant young lad came to assess the work, said his boss would get back with a quote and that they ‘weren't too busy at the moment’. Great I thought! 1 week later nothing so I called their CaT number as they weren’t answering the one they called me from. Lady that answered said they were interested and was just finalising the costs. More than another week has passed and nothing, not even a holding call or email? A weird way to do business in my opinion as it shows lack of reliability and communication skills. ?????

  Rob and his team carried out all the work that was quoted, and were honest about extra work they found. We were kept up to date throughout and were always given options of what we’d like done. Rob could see the urgency of the work needed and was as timely as possible. Rob has managed to solve and repair a long standing issue and his work cannot be faulted. Would thoroughly recommend and would use Rob’s services again in a heartbeat.
