    The TV aerial connection was faulty. The guys checked everything and decided that the connection needed to be replaced. This was done and the TV service was reinstated. Both were professional and explained everything to me. The work was carried out quickly and tidily. The cost for the repairs was appropriate and reasonable. My name is Paul and I have over 22 years experience in the AV industry. I worked for John Lewis in their Audio and TV department and at Sky as an installation engineer. I then started my own company in 2015. 


I take immense pride in my work and Home AV technology is my true passion. I always aim to deliver the best possible customer service and my number one priority is ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of every job.
