  Tim is good with communications and started and finished the job in the timescale agreed. Even replaced some of the rotten timber boards that weren't included in the original price. Will use again.

  Tim and team were faultless. I live in a very old house and it is refreshing to meet someone that appreciates the craftmanship that has lasted so well, even though they are now beginning to fail. I can genuinely say Tim and his crew were, by far and away, the most diligent and easy to work with specialists I have engaged with whilst at my new home. Unfortunately for Tim, when I next need something done, I will be asking HIM for recommendations! Thank you, Tim.

• Replace flat roof with the addition of a skypod

  Tim and his team replaced a flat roof and fitted a Skypod. He managed the project which included an electrician and plasterer. The guys turned up every day on time and often left late to complete the days work. They were very courteous and were a pleasure to have working in our home. TMI Roof Coatings did an excellent job, the result of which has far exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased to recommend Tim and his team 100%. If we had another roof we would get Tim to work on it.

  I have used TMI roof coatings in the past and have been completely satisfied with the service I received. My experience on this occasion was very much the same. Tim turned up when he said he was going to. The repair was completed the same day with no fuss. It is refreshing to deal with a tradesman who really knows his stuff. • Replacing extension roof and rendered sides with new standing seam steel roofing system.

  Tim and team did a brilliant job installing a new standing seam steel roofing system and using it for new cladding partially round the sides of my extension. Punctual, honest, friendly and good natured, the team were also hard working and conscientious, leaving the site tidy at the end of each day. The work involved was intricate due to steel being cut to size, also one side of the roof had very tight access due to close proximity of neighbour. But Tim ensured the work completed was to a very high standard with great attention to detail and by taking their time. Highly recommended. Thanks Tim!
