He came out with an hours notice , charged me a fair price and fixed the issue. he also previously did gas certificates for me. I would totally recommend him and can't thank him enough for his prompt service !!

He did a brilliant job in repairing my (40 year-old) boiler, after sourcing the parts (a challenge in itself) and running the gauntlet of dealing with old seals which, potentially, could have contained asbestos. He's courteous, professional, and hugely reliable - what more could you ask for ?

Tom is professional, experienced and considerate for both me and tenants. This particular job was to replace an expansion vessel and stop-cock, and he identified a hidden leak whilst there which was also fixed. I have complete confidence in Tom and am happy to wait for his availability when needed; I would highly recommend. Another great job, thank you!

I am working throughout Christmas.
After being let down by plumbers and other tradesmen in the past either not turning up or turning up at the wrong time, I got thinking perhaps I could do it better. So after leaving a 12-year long career in the British Army I trained as a Gas Safe heating and plumbing engineer.
I moved to Godalming six years ago and began working on Gas and general Plumbing work in my local area. I discovered one of the most important things for a tradesman is to be where they said they were going to be and when, although this can be incredibly difficult to achieve in practice.
Going forward I believe the most important elements of any relationship is communication and reliability. To that end my focus is on the customer and understanding their requirements and needs first and foremost in order to provide a flexible and reliable service.
