  Tom was exceptional from start to finish - very knowledgeable and very passionate (we could have sat there listening to him for hours explaining how everything works!) Tom treats your house as if it’s his and is extremely tidy. Worth mentioning we felt very relaxed having him in the house and felt like we’d know him for years, efficient, brilliant at communicating throughout, transparent and never kept us in the dark. Thanks to Tom we have a brand new boiler and no longer have to worry about the cold! 10/10!

  Tom fitted my new Worcester Bosch boiler and Hive. He was incredibly tidy - ensuring all floors covered with dust sheets and removing his shoes whenever he needed to access the rest of the house. He's quick to reply to messages and is very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work on their boiler.

• Gas boiler replacement

  Tom and his colleague replaced the old gas boiler. As we were sitting in the cold he organised for it to be done with a week which was much appreciated. The Worscester Bosch gas boiler he installed comes with a ten year gaurantee. He also organised for a Gas Safety Certificate to be sent to us by post. Excellent service all round and we will certainly use his services again.
