  I know this is a rather unusual review in that Top2Bottom did not carry out the work for very complicated reasons, none of which was their fault. (It still hasn’t been done!) However, the service and advice provided by Mike were second to none and hugely appreciated and I feel sorry that we couldn’t have seen the job through with him.

• Roof refelting

  Letting agency arranged for Mike to come and inspect the roof and quote for me. Also arranged for him to come and meet me at the house when I was visiting the property. Explained the process involved, communicated throughout, returned to property to tidy a piece of the lead flashing which wasn't lying flush with the wall. I was really impressed with Mike's honesty, the lead flashing at the rear of the house, staggered terrace, was in good order and didn't require replacing. The invoice was adjusted accordingly, so pleasant suprise that amount paid was less than original quote. Much appreciated

  I cannot speak highly enough of Mike and Chris. The work was carried out professionally, on time and to budget. I was really nervous about the process. Mike was very reassuring explaining every step of the way. Always in touch promptly when the weather got in the way. I felt able to share my worries. Mike was always happy to spend time listening. I never felt spoken down to and always reassured. I am really happy with the end result and can now relax in my weather proof home.
