  We would definitely use Top Floor Conversions Ltd again. Their price was competitive, they delivered on time, with a high standard of workmanship and Stuart, Tom and Sam were a pleasure to work with. From the outset, Stuart made extremely valuable suggestions which greatly enhanced the architects design and maximised available storage space. Always punctual, cheerful, worked hard and listened to our ideas. We are very happy with our new loft bedroom, en-suite and storage room. Would recommend.

• Loft conversion in Watford

  I threw a very difficult job at Stuart and Tom as I wanted a large 60m2 soundproof loft which meant I asked for lots of 'special situations' during the build. The loft conversion was also made difficult as the low roof pitch meant they had to cut the existing joists and lower beams below the main room ceiling. They did it though other builders I had approached said it was too difficult. Stuart is a pro and knows what he is doing. I threw lots (and lots!) of problems at them, but they batted them all away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Is seems they are very booked up now. No surprise.
