0Verified ReviewHorrible Removal company. They kept the stuff in mouldy condition . Rooms are dirty . They just collect money and never take responsibility . The time they brought furniture and boxes back , lots of stuff was broken and furniture was full of mould. They ignoring phone calls. Ignoring emails. Passing messages to another one. Very Rude stuff , Megan and Sandra are very unhelpful people who just ignoring customers ( their job is playing clients around ).They never solve the problems and only playing around the customers . Units they have is dirty and mouldy( they never show to client and never bo

0Verified ReviewMove not completed by Top Removals. 2 men sent after being informed of steep drive and steps. Senior man rude and uncooperative. Partner distressed by his attitude and willing but unable to complete move. Furniture loaded aggressively and reluctantly into a local storage facility before Top Removals abandoned us. We found a local firm who completed the move next day in 2 hrs. 3 men sent, 1 of which was 60. All 3 were fantastic and positive.They said the furniture had been appallingly packed and badly treated. This was very apparent as we unpacked it. Very, very distressing experience.
