  I can’t recommend Totabuilders highly enough! Tann and his team were exceptional from the start of our house renovations till the very end. The work was done to the highest standard and Tann was always very helpful whenever I needed help, to ask questions or advice regarding the works. The whole team were always polite, friendly, very hard working and professional. Tann and his amazing team did a fantastic job doing a kitchen side extension and loft conversion at our place - I can’t recommend them highly enough! They also laid a patio in our back garden and Victorian tiles at the front.

  Tann and Alvi did a fantastic job on a very tight deadline, refurbishing my new property just before I moved in. Tann was a great communicator and really easy to work with. He took on electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, as well as boarding out my loft and installing a new loft ladder. I would recommend Tann if you need a multi-skilled tradesman for work around your home.

  We wanted to remove a bathroom, renovate our kitchen and refit a different bathroom. We could not recommend Tann and his team more highly. They made the entire process stress free , they were always very clean, tidy and professional (our friends or neighbours who saw the work in progress always commented on how tidy they were). All the work was completed extremely efficiently to a very high quality and kept on budget. The whole team were also great with our 18 month old who was very interested in what they were doing. Thank you Tann.

• Loft and side extension and complete refurbishment

  We have a Victoria house and wanted to do the loft and side return. I couldn’t recommend Tota builders more highly, not only were they the best value quote we had (we went out to about 6 building firms) but the quality of work was top quality. They also made the whole project stress free and delivered in a time frame much better than expected. These builders provided solutions to most problems cost effective suggestions. If you’re looking to a project I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them. Aftercare and snagging they didn’t charge for either. The principle and owner is v trustworthy and nice guy

  I have used Tann for several building projects both large and small. He's always willing to do anything, however small. He gives an accurate quotation and comes when he says he will. I would not hesitate to use him again.

  After suffering a couple of bad experiences with other building companies, it was fantastic working with Tann and his team. Always turned up on time, when they said they would and the team were very easy to have around the house. Very conscientious, you can tell Tann takes pride in his work and wants to deliver the best possible outcome for the client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tann and we will hopefully be using him for other projects in the future
