    Sam came round and inspected the property before giving us a quote. He identified a number of problem areas that we hadn’t noticed and gave us a bespoke quote to meet our budget. In terms of timing he was always punctual. He communicated daily about the work being done and kept us up to date. The quality of the end result was exceptional. He honestly has to be the best tradesperson I have ever dealt with. Incredibly trustworthy, honest and went above and beyond to ensure the finish was great. He also came back to fix small areas that needed touching up. Sam is professional and friendly!
