    Well what can I say about Scott and his team, excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Scott was very understanding about our situation as I needed to get a stairlift fitted as soon as possible for my father. I spoke with Scott on Friday and it was fitted on Monday, fantastic service. Before they left they took the time to show my father how it works and to make him feel comfortable and safe, thank you. After they had finished they left the hall and stairs clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend UK Stairlifts.

    I can’t thank Scott enough! We had a couple of companies come and price but when scott came out he went above and beyond for us as a family as we needed a stair lift asap. Not only did he offer us the best price he quoted and installed within 2 days over a bank holiday. Very greatful and would recommend him to anyone who would like a professional and fast service.

    Scott came to the rescue on a Sunday when another company would not attend. My mum was stranded with no stairlift and no downstairs toilet, I called Scott and he sorted an engineer to visit to get the stairlift back up and running this was above and beyond as it was not his stairlift that had failed. Mum and I are extremely grateful.

    As we live in a small terraced we were told that our staircase was to steep and narrow to accommodate a stairlift, this was confirmed again on the visit of from my care team as I would require a curved stairlift to go around and onto the landing. He then said if it was at all possible to fit this he knew the man that could do it ! He rang Scott who agreed to have a look, when Scott came he agreed that he was confident that it was achievable. After being told that a stairlift was not an option I felt like I had been given some quality of life back ! And I was right can’t thank him enough.

    We have a very narrow fairly steep staircase with two bends which is makes a difficult installation. My wife at the time was unable to negotiate the stairs, Scott from Plymouth branch promptly arrived to survey the stairs and come up with a solution. I must commend Scott on his communication, after some difficulty with delivery he went out of his way to personally collect the parts. He arrived late afternoon to install and worked endlessly till quite late to ensure the lift was installed and working that same day. I would highly recommend the the company in particular Plymouth branch.

We are a trusted and experienced team employing fully qualified engineers as opposed to salespeople, and we fully understand the mechanics of the products and how they will best suit the user and their environment.

We work directly with individuals and their families, as well as mobility retail outlets and we are also very proud to work with Charities such as Age UK, BLESMA enable limbless veterans to lead independent and fulfilling lives, and SSAFA who provide lifelong practical support for British Forces and their families.

As well as supplying high-quality new stairlifts, for example, the well-known Stannah stairlifts, we also offer a number of different, flexible purchasing options, such as stairlift rental, second-hand stairlifts and reconditioned stairlifts.

Our pricing is competitive and transparent, and as a stairlift trader, we are unique in that we guarantee replacement of a product within 30 days or a full ‘no quibble’ cost refund if you are not totally satisfied and a solution cannot be found.
