10Verified ReviewTerry had done some work before.I needed to find the source of a leak that caused staining to the kitchen ceiling.Terry managed to locate it to the upstairs loo,it was a fiddly job.Terry repaired it and put everything back together again with minimal disturbance or mess .He's a very cheerful and doesn't stop until the job is done . He's very reassuring that everything can be sorted out.

10Verified ReviewTerry ordered the part needed from a photograph I sent him. He fitted it with no fuss and a lot of patience! The mains water tap for my flat is 2 flights down and outside. I had no idea which one was mine so he found it through a process of elimination. The leak had caused me a bit of grief so I was very happy to have it fixed and by someone I felt was trustworthy, friendly and professional.

Also gives advice on other small plumbing jobs and even fixed my wonky toilet seat ! (and showed me how to fix it myself in future!) Highly recommended.

My name is Terry and I started Violet Plumbing Services 12 years ago. After 5 years working in both the domestic and commercial plumbing fields, I realised it was time to go it alone and apply my skills closer to home!
In the time since, I have worked hard to build my reputation as a thorough, hard working, family man. I treat every job with as much care and attention to detail, as I would if it was my own home, which is reflected in the volume of work I obtain through repeat customers and recommendations.
