    The company carried out the search and found the leak very quickly. And they repaired it starlight away. They were very tidy. Did the job on the day they said they would and overall did an excellent piece of work.

    From my initial call to the job being completed everything was so slick. Dave explained our options clearly and confirmed costs there and then. Dave fitted us in quickly and at a time that suited us too. When the work was being done the team were really polite and friendly. They took extra care to contain any mess and put everything back to how it was. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their mains water.

    Very happy with the service provided by Dave and his nephew. Absolute delight to deal with. Attended at relatively short notice. Arrived early and just got on with the job of replacing an under concrete pipe that was leaking. Completed within two hours. Had everything on the van, right equipment for the job and all the parts. The price was reasonable (the best quoted), for quality workmanship and skill. I have already passed on Dave's details and will do so again to anyone in need of this kind of work. Excellent!     Oh my god I can't praise them enough! We've had endless issues back and forth with the council and southeast water recently (actually we've had issues with leaks for over 16 years!) And after having a leak "repaired" by someone else a few months back it got so much worse recently and we had no water at all! No one would fix it until these guys came out and fixed all of our issues in ONE AFTERNOON!!!! Not only is the leak finally resolved but we have the best water pressure we've had in 16 years. Never has it been like this! They were also lovely and so helpful! CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!

    WS carried out an emergency visit at our address which houses old and vulnerable tenants. There was a major leak and the main needed to be re-laid as it was affecting the heating in the building, this was when it was -5 degrees. We managed to get in touch with Dave late in the evening when most companies would've been closed, they booked us in for the following day with a temp fix to get us out of trouble, they then returned the next day to complete the works in full. They were professional, tidy, friendly and well priced, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company! Thank you Dave and Team!
