Boiler pipe replacement and drain clearance

Had a couple of jobs that needed doing. Will-i-am were efficient and easy to deal with as always. Understood what was needed in advance, sent a knowledgeable person to do the work, followed up with a summary of the work supported with photos. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so.

New boiler installation

The teams needed to install my new boiler and service my central heating system were all efficient and effective. I felt comfortable knowing the works they were doing and they answered all of my questions. My flat was left in a very clean condition throughout. The new boiler works brilliantly.

Leaking pipe

Brilliant plumbers. Engineers Jake and Cameron diagnosed the problem, repaired the pipe, and carried out extensive tests it to make sure it was safe. Reasonable fees. Good communicators. High recommended.

William responds quickly to every request for help, and has had people round to my flat straight away to fix the problems. They are really well organised, and provide images and a report of the job and the outcome each time, so you know exactly what has been done and what the issue was etc. Very impressed, and very grateful.

To replace a new kitchen sink mixer tap due to leakage

My sink tap started to leak at the joint area of the tap. William Ha gave feedback to my inquiry promptly. He advised me not to repair due to cost efficiency, but to replace a new one. He quoted me the charge of £160 + 20% VAT for the supply and fitting of the new mixer tap, offered to come over the next day. The engineer Tom fixed the issue within an hour, and he cleaned up the place after his work. William sent me pictures, and a report of the job. I am happy with William’s (Will I Am) service.
