  Based on the issue I described, Gareth responded stating what the likely defect was with a quote to fix it. He turned up on the day he said he would, did the job and did not charge more than he quoted. Very straightforward and I’m very pleased with his service.

  Gareth arrived around the time window he said he could do. I had to reshuffle the time slot once due to an unexpected event and Gareth was happy to accomodate. He arrived and diagnosed the issue and suggested while the fix he had in place could help some issues which he sorted out tidy , other issues may not have been derived from the PVC and he was able to point me in the right place. Thanks for your help on this
