  Overall a very positive experience. Shane and Jade did a great job replacing my blown windows at a very reasonable price. The only criticism I have is that communication was slightly lacking unless I initiated, though I do understand there were a few unforseen circumstances and they are a small team.

• Renewing a blown double glazed unit at front of house.

  After having no response from some firms for our job requirement [they said it was too small for them to bother with] we contacted this firm and they said no job is too small. Shane arrived and took measurements and ordered the unit. Himself and Jade fitted it when it arrived. Their work was quick and very tidy and we now have a window that we can now see through. All through this project they kept us informed and their costs are very good, we are so pleased to recommend them.

  I contacted the company to replace a pane of double glazing at my flat and they did an excellent job! The initial appointment to take measurements was arranged very promptly and Shane came round and checked very dilligently to make sure that the replacement pane would be the correct size. The company was very flexible regarding my irregular work shifts and made sure to arrange a time to come and fit the replacement window at a time that suited me. Shane and Jade fitted the replacement quickly and efficiently and the result looks wonderful. I would certainly use this company again.
