  I’m a very fussy person who wants everything to be perfect. I explained my requirements to Chris Croft and he carried out the work perfectly. There were a number of problems as I had created a fireplace to house a Riva 2 cassette stove without taking into account the location of the spigot relative to my chimney. As a result I needed to install a different stove into a small fireplace. Chris offered excellent advice and installed a Parkray Aspect 4 Compact exactly as I specified. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his excellent team if you are looking for a perfect installation.

  Brilliant experience all around. Chris impressed right from the first survey, with his calm, professional and knowledgeable manner. This continued at the shop, as he walked me through the different stove options and helped me make my choice. The installation was a bit of a challenge due to a high chimney stack, but Chris and his team did it with great aplomb and no fuss. A real pleasure to deal with, and my family and I are utterly thrilled with our new stove (including our dog - who has firmly staked his claim to the spot right in front of it!)

  When Chris came to quote for this job, I was impressed by his softly spoken calm manner. He spent a decent amount of time looking at the issues around the installation and came back to me with a clear and straightforward quotation. I had a severely blocked Chimney, which on my building was quite high, but they resolved the issue without any major problems. I’m delighted with the quality of the installation. I found Chris and his team courteous, polite and trustworthy. They just got on without any drama. They have my full recommendation-most impressive!

  Chris and the Windsor and Eaton team delivered a fantastic service from meeting Chris in the showroom to training how to light the wood urging stove. Chris advised on best model for our house and heating requirements and offered advise on the installation work options. The installation was perfect , very tidy and considerate professional service leaving the house as he found it. Chris gave us an estimate and stuck to the fixed price. Can not recommend highly enough.
