    Arrived promptly, was very considerate of my indoor cats and checked with me before putting water down toilet and which plug to use etc. My only criticism is that he seemed very rushed which meant he was a bit careless with himself ie nearly tripping over the cables and pipes and not being totally aware of the physical space. Made me a little nervous for him and my home which does have narrow halls.
