• Replacement of flushing mechanism in lavatory cistern

  Joseph was courteous and professional in his conduct. Where decisions had to be made (the WC was old: the mechanism could be replaced or the whole toilet replaced) he carefully explained the risks and benefits of my options allowing me to make an informed choice. Highly recommended.

• Fitting a new mixer tap in kitchen.

  I am very pleased with the work carried out by WS Bathrooms. The plumber arranged a day for the job, which was very soon after I had asked for a plumber on Check a trade. He arrived when arranged. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The job was completed with care and expertise. We had nothing to do except enjoy our new tap!

• Bathroom Fitting - Quality Job

  Joseph gave us a quote to do a partial refit of our bathroom, and asked us to get other quotes too. Joseph was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. After getting other quotes, we decided Joseph was the person to do our bathroom. He was excellent, explained each day what he was doing and the supplies he was getting. We changed our mind from having a partial to a full refit after a couple of days. Joseph was fabulous about this, nothing was too much trouble. He cleaned up at the end of each day. Now we have a beautiful bathroom and we love it. We 100% recommend Joseph.

• Leaking toilet cistern

  Joseph contacted me quickly after my enquiry, kept me informed about what time he was arriving and even let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late. He was easy to talk to, explained exactly what was wrong, how he would mend it and how much it would cost. There was no pressure to go ahead with him if we weren't happy with the quote. He was able to go and get the parts straightaway and within the hour it was all sorted. I would be happy to use him again.

• Complete new Bathroom

  Joseph came within a few days and quoted for a new bathroom refit. Using his expertise he planned and costed it out quickly and throughout the job kept me updated daily on what he was doing, leaving the place how he had found it. He worked so I would not be inconvenienced in anyway and it was a pleasure to have him in the house. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always eager to oblige, even when I asked him to change the vinyl floor that I had chosen (my mistake) though it set him back time wise, he willingly obliged. Jo is excellent and I am thrilled to bits with my beautiful bathroom.
