  • New Kitchen refit

    We had an old kitchen that needed to be completely replaced and a redesign of the space to give us some more surface area, also to give us a better working space for washing machine and fridge freezer. The fitter came around to explain what needed to be done and some ideas on what we could do with the space we had. The whole job should have taken two weeks but was done within One. The finished kitchen looks brilliant and we would recommend this fitter to anyone he really knows his stuff

    We are really pleased with our finished Kitchen. Tim managed the whole job with such care, kept us well informed throughout, explained everything clearly, was reasonably priced and mindful of our budget. Tim and Ollie were professional, courteous, helpful and friendly, and did a great job. We would happily recommend them, and based on our experience, booked them in again to fit some flooring in our hallway and conservatory.

    We found both fitters a very good working team. Their tradespeople - electrician and plumber were also very good team members. They all participated with suggestions of how things may be improved and were all open to changes and alterations along the way. Tim and Ollie stayed on the job all day and arrived promptly at 8.30 as agreed. They had a lunch break each day and sat in their vehicles to eat. Tim project managed the whole job with care, attention to detail, and friendliness. He was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and respectful while we had another tradesperson in the house. Thrilled!!

Company info

W.S.X Property Management Ltd has been established since 1972. Originally set up and run by my Father who I have worked alongside since I was 17! In more recent years I have taken over the family business and built on the successful company to create a well-established and well-run company.

Although I tend to take on most of the work myself, I will project manage the whole process and should I need an extra pair of hands I have a regular, reputable team of sub-contractors that I can call upon. All of these colleagues have worked alongside me for many years and I trust that their work is of the same high standard as mine.

I am proud that I can offer you a huge range of building services on modern properties as well as conservation work on period properties.
