    Tom rang at 9.00 a.m. on Saturday morning to offer their services and came at lunchtime to see what needed doing. He took video to show his colleagues and gave me a quote there and then. He arranged for the work to be done the following week. The team were happy to explain exactly what they were going to do before starting the job. It took just over an hour and all the debris was tidied up and taken away.

    I had a tree and conifers trimmed back, I am very pleased with the results! Exactly what I wanted. Really pleasant to deal with nothing too much trouble, couldn’t tell they’d been in my garden, tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend :)

    The company cut down the tree but left a stump. We also paid extra to have a shrub cut back which they didn’t do. Left a log in the surrounding shrubs. They returned after me phoning them and said they weren’t told to remove the shrub. They did the work right away.
