  • Bedroom wardrobe Isotherm membrane installation

    Isotherm membrane installed in bedroom wardrobes. Work was carried out quickly and to a good standard (so we thought). The membrane did not work and damp/condensation continued to come back. After notifying YDS that confirmed they would come back out to look. After around 2 months of chasing YDS over email they came to look at the wall and confirmed the Isotherm membrane did not work, either due to to an installation error or faulty product. The work was carried out 18th December 2023 we have still not heard back on how this will be fixed (13th April 2024).
