Our working practice for our engineers as of the 16th of March has been to wear surgical masks during their visit, use hand sanitiser prior to entering your premises and clean any surfaces touched by hand with disinfectant wipes prior to their departure.
We understand that it is a concern for many that should the worst happen to your hot water, heating or plumbing that we will be available, take necessary precautions and have access to spare parts.
Many suppliers have advised that supply disruptions are expected. We will endeavour to respond to your requirements as promptly as usual, however in some cases we’d ask you to please bear with us a little longer for us to acquire your parts.
