6.5Verified ReviewHe spilled tea all over the clean rug - accidents happen. He recleaned it however I was expecting a machine to also be used to apply the stain protector instead he turned up with a bottle of bug spray in a spray bottle. when I asked him what it was he told me it was the stain protector. 2/3 days later I got a very strong smell from my rug, it was still soaking wet and ruined my rug gripper which I chucked. The mat took nearly a week to dry and now is slipping on my carpet as I had to chuck the undermat. Bits fell out of rug when drying so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly.

Truck Mounts... what we use most and why
Often, we will clean carpets and upholstery with one of our Truck mounted Hot Water Extraction Machines.
Truck mounts are the most effective way of cleaning dirty carpets as it will obtain a restoration clean, not just a surface clean.
To put this in perspective... any portable machine will use 2hp from your mains electricity...our truck mount units run at 36hp this means a better quality clean, but at no extra cost to you... Our truck mounted machine doesn't use your "hot" water or electricity supply!
The machines we use are the same as Dave's on Channel 4's How Clean is Your House...
... and yes, we can remove those Dust Mites, Creepy Crawlies and other Parasites. Leaving you with a cleaner, healthier environment!
