    One Sunday my old front porch door lock slipped down and locked the door behind me when I left the house. 1A Ideal Locksmiths came within 15 minutes and were initially immediately able to unlock it so I could at least get back inside. The lock was faulty and they replaced it very quickly. Very friendly and polite to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service. The lock came with 4 keys, but I asked for extras to give to my children, which they did and they tested them all, and they all worked perfectly!! Brilliant.
