    We are delighted with our new Howdens kitchen installed by Alan Lancaster Ltd. The work went smoothly and on schedule and the quality of the work is excellent. The head of the company, William, was easy to deal with and keen to ensure that we were happy with the service and that everything was completed satisfactorily. Highly recommend for decorating and kitchen installation.

    Will and Chris did a fantastic job replastering and repainting spare bedroom, including radiator removal/replacement. Punctual, very friendly and communicative, did a thorough job, kept to the quote. And came back promptly ro rectify one or two very minor snags. Definitely would use again and highly recommend.

    It was very nice to deal with William Lancaster. He understood exactly what needed it to be done. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and completed in good time. The invoice came to a little bit more because we requested to use a different paint and work had to be carried out on windows that had not been included in the original quote.

My name is William Lancaster and I am the proprietor of Alan Lancaster Ltd, a decorating and property refurbishment company which has a long history in my family dating back 30  years.  

My company services almost exclusively the North London area and we operate in a zone roughly spanning between Barnet and Islington. 


We have always placed emphasis on offering quality work at an affordable price. Our expertise covers decorating, kitchens, bathrooms, and total property refurbishment.

 We are able to  offer clients an aesthetic/design input that is very much appreciated by clients who often feel they need help and advice.


We are fully insured and operate a professional company, so you can be sure that the work we undertake will be carefully monitored, certificated where necessary and fully guaranteed.
