    Can’t thank Alex enough for the quick fault findings with my combi boiler. I had an engineer out previously who couldn’t rectify the fault. Alex was very knowledgeable and seemed to make easy work of repairing my boiler. Fantastic service all round would highly recommend.

  • Central heating issue

    Our central heating was taking a while to come on. Contacted Alex on 20th March he arrived within an hour, serviced the boiler and said the problem was the diverter valve needed a good clean. All seemed ok after he left but the following day the heating would not come on at all. Contacted Alex he said he would get a new diverter valve for us. We were on holiday the following week so contacted him after Easter weekend, he'd forgotten all about it, said he would get the valve and contact us as to when he would fit it. After many unanswered phone calls we still have no heating after 3 weeks!

    We phoned up Alex to give advice on a faulty boiler as we had hot water on and off. We heard of him through multiple recommendations and he didn't disappoint. Alex gets back to you, gives honest and sound advice and even quoted me with an invoice within minutes of seeing the work required. He booked us in, talked us through the work and one additional thing I can say, is he won't be beaten by any problems along the way. Absolutely recommended 100%. The workmanship, the pipework, the brickwork... Let's say I'm a perfectionist and this has far surpassed my standards.Such a clean and precise job
