  From start to finish our experience with Baylor’s lofts was excellent. Jason was brilliant with the initial survey and quotation, which was very clear and precise and fair. He explained the benefits of Airtec which we were not initially going to go with but decided to do along with the loft boarding. Phil and Glen who fit the flooring and completed the work were excellent and tidied up and hoover before leaving each day. I highly recommend this company who were professional from start to finish.

  Jason and his team did the most amazing job of my elderly parents' loft boarding and at an extremely reasonable price. Jason took the time to consider their needs and options were explained in detail, including the size of area needed, a loft ladder and lighting etc. The team were so knowledgeable, reliable, extremely efficient, tidy, and just the loveliest people. The whole service, from start to finish, was so professional and I can't recommend Jason highly enough. I certainly wouldn't use anyone else if you're looking for loft boarding. First class service at it's very best!

  We had an excellent experience with Bayford Lofts. Jason was really friendly and informative whilst conducting the initial survey, and Phil and Glenn carried out the floor boarding in a quick and efficient manner, they even took the time to clean up afterwards. The workmanship was great, everything was straight and neat, we’re very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend!

  Jason who did the booking and surveying was excellent - key things were his breakdown of the pricing was accurate and helpful and secondly, the drawings he provided were easy for a non-tradesman to understand so we instantly felt at ease that we could trust the team. Phil and Glen were excellent during the 3 days of installation! We have a 8m old baby and they managed to plan the job around her naps and stopped works when I asked, which was very respectful and gentleman-like (helped to keep a stressed out mum very calm!). Good humour, professional, knowledgeable and COURTEOUS!
