  Berkshire glazing visited us several times to assess the issues with some windows of our home we just bought. The guys were friendly, supportive and understanding. They didn’t rest until they found out the issue and attempted to fix the windows 2 different ways . The second way has worked fantastic, no more leaks and sealed tight. They went above and beyond as we were also fitting a new kitchen, they offered to help and did help to lift the wall cabinets into place with me too. In my opinion 5 star service and 5 star rated people too. Thank you guys.

• Front door, back door and two windows

  Very Good firm to deal with. Gave a 9 on timing, only because I was expecting fitter last week and about 15 minutes before they were due, they had to reschedule as fitter had to go to hospital. Would have appreciated a call earlier. Rescheduled job for today. Jobs done efficiently, minimum fuss and cleaned well afterwards. Polite work done to really good standard. Would recommend.

  Excellent workmanship and fitters friendly and polite. So pleased with our new modern conservatory with integrated blinds and Bifold doors. Also new windows. Thanks to Jason who ensured our requirements were met from point of sale for both projects. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Berkshire Glazing. A great company with fantastic people.

  We had our kitchen and living room windows replaced. Jason was very helpful and explained everything in detail to me. Very polite and understanding. The fitters Robert and his colleague wasted no time in getting the job done. Very clean and tidy, left no mess behind. Jason and Robert went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the service provided, fantastic guys.

  As a single woman I'm cautious when having tradesmen in my house, but Berkshire Glazing made me feel extremely safe with their service and professionalism. The salesman Jason was very knowledgeable and he was able to create exactly what I'd envisioned from my description to him. Quote was accurate and very reasonable with no hidden extras. The team needed to problem solve a drainage issue before installation and again their experience and knowledge showed. The installation was carried out exactly as planned, on time and to an extremely high standard. Project has given me a new room I would recommend 100%
