Replacement of front porch and rear patio doors.
10Excellent communication between myself and main office; let me know when products coming in, types of products available, identifying mutually acceptable times for work to start, certification provided. The installation was completed with neatly, my environment/home was treated respectfully and the Installer was polite. None of my questions or queries where ignored, advice was given on how to take care of the keys, locks and surrounds.

From initial contact to survey and finally the build they have been extremely helpful and informative they were really helpful in assisting us to decide what we needed. We were clear when the work would start and they worked really quickly completing the work in 4 days . The building work and fitting of new bifold doors was of a really high standards. At all times they ensured the rest of the house was protected from dust as much as possible. Highly recommended

10Verified ReviewBespoke Windows came to our rescue when we had a horrific time with a previous window installation company. They restored our faith that there are decent, honest and skilled people still out there in this field. They were reactive, thoughtful and conscientious in the way they conducted themselves and the work they did. It felt like they took a great pride in what they did. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was right and they exceeded our expectations. We had a minor problem that took a few attempts to get right. Kept in contact throughout and completed to our total satisfaction.

10Fabulous service from Bespoke for two sets of timber-look windows. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company, they were superb throughout. It was also very useful to be able to see the products in a showroom setting. Knowledge of product, communication, right through to installation and after-service all very strong. The phrase "big enough to cope, small enough to care" springs to mind.

9I was recommended the company via a member of our family who had a conservatory installed by Bespoke Home Living Ltd and they said that they were excellent. The company was indeed very professional from start to finish, being well priced after obtaining several quotations and producing an incredible standard of finish to their work. I would certainly recommend them to both friends and family.

10Verified ReviewRural and country installed an air source heat pump with hot water cylinder at our character house. This company really seem to know their stuff. The heat pump itself is a really good unit and I am blown away as to how quiet it is and how hot the water it produces is. The install team were really friendly, tidy, considerate and the quality of workmanship was incredibly high. They ensured that the character of our house was protected by putting the pump in a raised location that other installers just refused to quote for. The only negative was a delay in getting a quote, but this was resolved.
