    John at BKM is the person to go to if you have any damp problem.Under took a site visit,followed up with a report with action and costing.Fixed a date to carry out job,arrived on time and fixed issue taking photo’s of work at each stage as one problem was on the roof.John is any old school tradesman work to a very high standard clean and tidy and is open to give you advice to help maintain your property.Great job John many thanks know where to go next time should I have a problem.

The BKM damp treatment product is unique, not a silicone or siloxane derivative which is now old technology but uses polymer formulations exclusive to us, which allows masonry to breathe but at the same time create a moisture barrier.

We use technology to support our experience and measure the moisture content on the surface, in the plaster and in the masonry whatever the construction. A lot of customers often have a mould problem which is usually caused by temperature, poor air circulation and relative humidity, we can quickly assess this for you but suggest you read our information on MOULD first prior to making contact to help you understand and treat a mould problem.

·    We have a range of technically advanced hydrophobic polymer liquid formulations which can be pumped, gravity fed or sprayed which are clear, odourless and safe, fully supported with a 25-year Guarantee.

·       External breathable waterproofing HP-F Pro, is a clear polymer liquid which is “flood applied” onto wet or dry brickwork, stone, mortar or lime surfaces. It waterproofs and permits moisture to escape and then remain dry, with a 25-year product Guarantee.

·       BKM manufacture their own range of waterproofing materials suitable for cellars, basements and underground epoxy sealing. Our breathable lime based plasters and specialist waterproofing mortars compliment the hydrophobic products to cure damp and waterproofing problems in the home or office.
