• Stairs refurbishment

  We consider ourselves to be very lucky with our choice of Briggs Products as the contractors refurbishing our stairs. Having been let done by another tradesman, we were recommended Briggs by friends. The company’s service, craftsmanship and customer relations have been first class. From initial survey through to job completion we have nothing but praise for the team and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other potential customers. Needless to say, we are delighted with the results. Thank you Peter and Mike.

• Stair treads replaced with beautiful new ash ones.

  I popped into Peter's workshop unannounced and was seen straight away. Peter came round to my house the following morning, took measurements and gave me two estimates, one to replace the stair treads and another to smarten up the existing ones. We went for new treads which look great. Happy to recommend Peter. Prompt, excellent service and a great result.

• Fit new parts and refurbish staircase

  From the quote to completion, thrilled with the outcome of the work carried out by Briggs Products. Mike is a very talented joiner and very willing/able to find a solution when a problem posed. Would recommend this simple solution to an out of date staircase that took a matter of days to complete. The final addition of the glass a week or so later just adds the cherry on top... fabulous!

  Excellent service and high standard of craftsmanship. Our staircase was refurbished with replacement oak handrails, oak newel caps and spindles, all custom made by Peter at his workshop and installed by Mike over 2 days, completed to a very high standard. We are delighted with the new staircase and would highly recommend this company.

• Refirbishment of existing staircase

  I am 'over the moon' with the refurbishment of my stairs. Not only has it transformed the living room but also the stairwell. It's so much 'brighter' and is a joy to look at. My sincere thanks for your excellent and courteous service, expertise and professionalism throughout the whole project. The service was how customer service should be in my opinion and I couldn't fault any stage of the process from initial quote through to completion. Mike the carpenter was superb throughout and it was an absolute joy to watch a master craftsman at work. His attention to detail was exemplary.
