6Verified ReviewBoiler was making loud buzzing sound and a new fan was recommended. Although very expensive I went ahead as I could not afford to replace the boiler. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed, as the buzzing has continued and is getting worse. I have tried many times to recall the engineers but have been let down badly. At least three appointments have been made and they haven’t shown up. I have texted, voicemailed, e-mailed many times but have had no response. I feel very badly let down by non existent customer support. I would not recommend this company.

10Verified ReviewFrom the first communication to the last, Bucks Plumbing and Heating were excellent. The gas Engineer, Vanden Bowen, arrived on time, he was polite, friendly and very professional. When he had finished he tided up completely and explained what he had done and what would be needed in the next couple of years. It is the first time I have used this company and it will not be the last.

10Verified ReviewThe men were very polite and thorough. They had to leave the job because the new PCB board in the boiler was faulty. The boiler man has now replaced the PCB, SSO we have hot water again but no heating. I'm not sure why they haven't come back, I have left 4 or 5 messages. My partner is 71 and has had 3 stents fitted during COVID, and I would like the heating on for him.
