    Engineer arrived on time. After initial inpection and cost of repairs of machine we decided to buy new one. Engineer helped us choose new machine, sorted out purchase. Fetched new machine,fitted it, made sure it worked.Took old machine away with all packaging and cleaned up. He was very friendly, explained everything to us
