  I was impressed with the telephone contact keeping me informed of when the job could be done . The engineer turned up exactly on time , kept me informed of what needed to be to be done and completed the work efficiently

  House alarm installation

  We had an ancient alarm which had decided to go rogue after a power cut. From the initial contact with Chris in the office who was very helpful in arranging for his team to call the same day to decommission the alarm. We were then given a quote for a replacement alarm system at a reasonable cost. He called out a couple of days later to fit, and this was done with minimum fuss and mess. Very happy as the whole process was hassle free from start to finish. We found everyone to be very friendly and helpful and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CSN Services.

  New cameras in house

  Wow had fanbloodytastic service from requesting a quote to my new cameras been fitted . On the day i received a text to say who was coming and the time .During the installation the New boy in the team was very polite and professional passing all information on during the installation. He was clean and tidy and left no mess He also installed the app on my phone for me Great job and thanks to Christine for the prompt service which fitted in with my diary Thanks and will recommend to others requesting your service

  From the very first point of contact honest advice and solution resolution. Provided quotes and timescales to enable management of our own customer expectations. Engineer very professional, pleasant and had a can do attitude despite challenging wiring to circumvent. A refreshing change to deal with a company that delivers what they say when they say.
